Fatal Shadows Marine Ranking System

High Command
Rank	Description
Grand Admiral	The Grand Admiral is the Leader of the Fatal Shadows and the ruler of all the Fleets. All decisions are made through the approval of the Grand Admiral, and all his decisions are final. He represents the Fatal Shadows on all Leagues and is its primary actor. Only the Grand Admiral has access to the FS password on Leagues.
Sky Marshall	The Sky Marshall is second in command of Fatal Shadows, he is the Grand Admrial's most trusted advisor.  The Sky Marshall also is in charge of the entire organization of the Fatal Shadows in the Grand Admiral's absence.
Secretary of the Marines	Secretary of the Marines is the person who is in change of that branch of service. The Secretary of the Marines deals with all internal issues that involve the Marines.
Marshal General	Marshal General's are trusted advisors to the Grand Admiral, and leaders in the Grand Admirals and Sky Marshall's absence.

Senior Officers
Rank	Description
General	Generals are the primary spokesmen for the Senior Officers, and assist in assigning fleets and determining who flies important missions for the Fatal Shadows.
Lieutenant General	Lieutenant Generals are high councilors to the High Command, and are strategists for movements of fleets on Leagues. They also represent in relations with other organizations.
Major General	Major General's help to organize the meetings of the Fatal Shadows and prepare the members for the actions of the High Command through the delegation of all orders to the lower ranks.
Brigadier General	Brigadier General's are to assist the High Command in internal organization of members and the assigning of flight responsibilities, and also the retraining of current members.
Colonel	Colonel's are security officers for the Fatal Shadows. They are the primary security officers in charge of intelligence information, evaulation of member status, and foreign relations. Theirs is a multifaceted role.
Lieutenant Colonel	Lieutenant Colonel's determine the flight status of members and to report in with the High Command. Also, the Lieutenant Colonel is also in charge of recruitment for the Fatal Shadows.
Major	Majors are to assist in recruitment and intelligence. They are to assist in gathering information about possible intelligence reports, as well as possible new members.
Captain	Captains are the primary spokesman for the Line officers. Line Officers are to report to the Captains about their duties.

Line Officers
Rank	Description
First Lieutenant	First Lieutenant's are to make sure that all lower Officers complete their orders and are doing their jobs. Reports go to the Senior Officers or High Command.
Second Lieutenant	Second Lieutenant's assist both the Senior Officers and the lower Officers by reminding them of important information, and help to teach lower Officers about all aspects of the Fatal Shadows.

Junior Officers
Rank	Description
Sergeant Major	Sergeant Major's report to the Senior Officers the activity level of all junior Officers in a war and help with retraining.
Master Gunnery Sgt	The primary Officer and representative of all the lower Officers. This rank is to assist the High Command in determining the opinions of the lower ranks. Also, he helps in delegating orders to all lower Officers.
First Sergeant	First Sergeant's insure that all junior officers participate in wars of the Fatal Shadows and make an attempt to maintain their level of readiness.
Master Sergeant	Master Sergeant's assist the First Sergeant when large battles are ahead.
Staff Sergeant	Staff Sergeant's are leaders of the lower Officers. They assist in gathering any information on Leagues or chat rooms and report such intel to the Major's.
Sergeant	Sergeant's help to fly melee exercises with all Junior Officers, and report that status to the Brigader General.

Fatal Shadows Academy
Rank	Description
Corporal	Corporal's are ready to graduate from the Fatal Shadow Academy. They are to assist the Junior Officers in training with lower members in the Academy and assist in their morale.
Lance Corporal	Lance Corporal's are the Fatal Shadow academy recruits who have proven their loyalty and worth to the organization.
Pvt 1st Class	Private 1st Classes are second year students, or received the promotion due to outstanding preformances.
Private	A Private is an applicants for membership into the Fatal Shadows. They are not full-fledged members and cannot participate in any official FS activity until they graduate from the FS Academy.
