The Golden Star![]() |
The Golden Star is the highest commendation that can result from a pilot's activity in an individual War. This medal is awarded to the pilot who has performed more than any other for the benefit of the Fatal Shadows. The winner of this medal will have high points, a consistent kill ratio, continuous game victories, a high overall game ratio, and numerous battles to his name. This pilot, more than any other, is the most valued soldier in the War. | |
Golden Eagle's Cross![]() |
This medal is awarded to the pilot who has more victorious encounters with the enemy than any other. Although possibly not the best in marksmanship or individual flight skills, this person is the most superior wingman and can carry victory from the jaws of defeat more than any other. This pilot has gone above and beyond the call of duty to defend his wingman and to ensure that when the dust is settled, the Fatal Shadows are victorious. The Golden Eagle Medal is the second highest individual commentation that can result from a War. | |
Admiral's Cross![]() |
The Admiral's Cross is awarded to the pilot who shows the highest individual skill. This medal is the counterpart to the Golden Eagle Medal, but different in that while the Golden Eagle is metired for insuring FS is victorious, the Admiral's Cross is awarded for stunning individual performance, even in situations when the odds are against the team as a whole. | |
Distinguished Service Cross![]() ![]() |
The Distinguished Service Cross is awarded to the pilot who is, without question, the deadliest and most accurate marksman overall in the entire Fatal Shadows organization. The Silver Star![]() |
The Silver Star is awarded to the pilot who has done his best and has put all of his efforts into his activity to work for the Fatal Shadows organization and fight in its battles. This medal recognizes the efforts that an individual pilot puts forth to help the organization, even if another pilot is more victorious, the winner of this award is still an Ace. | |
Valorious Service Medal![]() |
The Valorious Service Medal is awarded to those leaders and pilots in Fatal Shadows who exert
the most efforts at leading and promoting the internal strength of this organization in times of conflict.
This medal recognizes the burden of promoting and maintaining the morale of this organization in the
face of great cost, and subordinate achivement as result. This medal is among the highest honors in the Fatal
Shadows Organization. A special commerative version was also created for Fatal Shadows pilots in service in Allegiance. It was notably awarded to every pilot who flew during a special match near the beginning of the retail launch. |

The Bronze Star is awarded to the pilot who again has put forth most of his efforts and has relentlessly tried to the best of his ability to further his individual efforts to help the entire Fatal Shadows organization. Distinguished Flyers Cross![]() |
The Distinguished Flyers Cross is awarded for one simple reason: being the most active battle pilot in a war. This person has flowm more missions than anyone else, and has also proven his determination by scoring at least a moderate score in his flight statistics. The Distinguished Flyers Cross is not awarded for reckless attempts at a high number of battles, but for consistent activity and unintended purpose in having the most number of missions. | Distinguished Flyers Cross 1997-2002 ![]() |
Purple Heart![]() ![]() |
The Purple Heart is awarded to the pilot who has the most valorious defeats in pursuit of victory. It is a medal of recognition - that even while a dedicated pilot may fail in his efforts at victory, the continued efforts at its pursuit are to be commended, and the unflinching drive to win in the face of consistent defeat is a flame that cannot be extinguished. | Purple Heart 1997-2002 ![]() |
Exceptional Service Medal![]() |
The Exceptional Service Medal is awarded to the squad member by their Fleet Commander or Squad Leader for excellence in duty for flying for their squad. This pilot has been active in listening to the orders of his fleet and squad leader, and has been exceptionally active in their eyes to merit distinguishged achievement. | |
Heroism Medal![]() ![]() |
The Heroism Medal is awarded to the pilot who, because of his dedication and skill, has for all of his battles consistently upheld the standards of elite flight in the Fatal Shadows organization. This pilot has the highest number of points per game more than any other pilot. Rookie Excellence Medal![]() |
The Rookie Excellence Medal is awarded to the pilot who is not a Senior Officer and has shown that his recruitment into the Fatal Shadows has had a significant effect in contributing to victory in a War. This medal reflects outstanding participation, achievement, and skill in battle, and among all the Officers only one person may receive this medal at a given time. | |
| Battle Effort Ribbon |
The Battle Effort Ribbon is awarded to a pilot who demonstrates an eagerness to participate and a willingness to obey his squad and fleet leaders. This pilot unflinchingly recognizes the difficulties in fighting a hard battle but does so anyway. |
