The Medal of Honor is given to one member who has excelled and has proven himself to be the epitome of what the Fatal Shadows Organization expects from it's members. This is the Highest award achievable in our organization. Only the Grand Admiral can choose the winner of this award. Any Senior Officer may nominate any member for this award.
