This medal is awarded to the pilot that has best proven himself to be the best and most battle-ready in our organization. This one has proven that he is ready for REAL battles and can step beyond the simulator to enter into actual service, since he has proven himself to all in the Fatal Shadows through the Ladder or in countless Battles.
